Customer Ownership By submitting a design for printing, you affirm and warrant that you are the sole owner of the design or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents from the rightful owners to use, reproduce, and distribute the design for the purposes of fulfilling your order. If your design includes any third-party intellectual property, you confirm that you have obtained explicit written permission from the respective rights holders to use such content. b. No Infringement Guarantee You represent and warrant that the design you submit does not infringe upon, violate, or misappropriate any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to indemnify and hold LdreamX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of this warranty. 2. Prohibited Content a. Restricted Materials You agree not to submit any designs that contain, promote, or depict the following: •Unauthorized Copyrighted or Trademarked Material: Including logos, brand names, or any protected designs without explicit permission. •Obscene or Defamatory Content: Materials that are offensive, defamatory, or intended to harm the reputation of any individual or entity. •Illegal Content: Designs that promote or depict illegal activities. •Hate Speech or Discriminatory Material: Content that incites violence, negative influence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. •Other Restricted Content: Any material that violates applicable laws or regulations. b. Consequences of Violation Enforcement: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any design that violates these Terms and Conditions. 3. Liability for Submissions a. No Verification Responsibility While we strive to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, we do not verify the legality, ownership, or rights associated with user-submitted designs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their designs comply with all relevant laws and regulations. b. Customer Responsibility for Claims You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LdreamX, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted designs, including any claims of intellectual property infringement or violation of these Terms and Conditions. 4. Modification of Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. By continuing to access or use our services after changes are made, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms. 5. Return Policy We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully: a. Custom Design Tees All custom design T-shirt are made specifically per your order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure all details, such as size, design, and customization preferences, are accurate before placing your order. b. Other Products For all other non-customized products, we offer a 7-days return period from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return: •The item must be in its original, unused condition. •All tags and accessories must be intact. •Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required. c.
